Upload your identification datasheet. This app will look at the subsampleID and individualIDList columns.
It will create one locality label for each mosquito individualID detected appropriate for the corresponding subsampleID. An example of what the first locality label in the sheet looks like will be displayed below. This will populate the spatial metadata (Country, state, county, site name, elevation, lat/lon), method of trapping, collection date, and collector. The final line is the sampleID associated with the sample.
